We are in the Lakeshore section of North Waterloo at the corner of Bearinger and Westmount Roads, near Bus Route No. 9. The University of Waterloo is only a kilometer South of us and is clearly visible. The Laurel Trail runs in front of us, through a greenbelt to Columbia Lake, then through UW to Uptown Waterloo. On the other side of Westmount is the Laurel Creek Conservation Area. We are a short commute to Conestoga Mall and downtown St. Jacobs. We are a couple of blocks away from public, elementary and separate schools.
